Delete your account
Use this form to request deletion of your LargeFileTransfer account and the data associated with it. Submit the request with the email address linked to your account and we'll process it.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and sign-in details.
- Transfers you created and their file metadata.
- Any files still stored for your active transfers.
- Usage history and preferences tied to your account.
Some records may be retained in encrypted backups or where required by law, and are purged on our standard rotation. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
